Every Beaches & Cream piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully selected with longevity in mind. We use a mixture of high-quality materials across our collections, and all jewellery is lead and nickel free.
Over time, metals may naturally soften, tarnish, or develop character through wear ~ something we see as part of the beauty of well-loved pieces, rather than a fault. To help care for your jewellery and accessories, we recommend storing your items in the pouch or box provided after wear, ideally in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keeping pieces stored carefully will help to minimise tarnishing and protect against scratches or damage over time.
To preserve the finish of your jewellery, we also recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, water, and household chemicals where possible, as these can affect plating and delicate finishes.
Many of our pieces are handmade, sourced, or created using organic textures and materials, making each item beautifully unique. Slight variations and natural imperfections are part of their character and charm.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons, all jewellery purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will always do our best to help.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.
Beaches & Cream cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
Please allow up to 7 business days for any approved refunds to appear back into your account once processed.
